As we arrived at the hotels our first impresons were not great of the hotel,we checked in at reception and the porters took our cases to our rooms. My room were clean and tidy. Ediths rooms was not as nice as mine the rooms could have done with a little refurb. Our stay at the hotel was excellent, staff were extremly friendly and culd not do enough for you. the love the kids. Now to the bad point... TOO MANY RUDE RUSSIAN. all they sem to do was to drink and drink... it was like they had just discovered drink. to be fair many of them with families were ok and few of of the loud one's were too much to handle. thanks to the staff who kept them away from all the families. my friend and have already booked our next holiday later this year as it was on specila offer. |
